The Town Center residents enjoyed a boat ride down the beautiful Maurice River on Thursday, August 23rd.
The river begins at Union Lake in Millville, NJ and empties out in the Delaware River 25 miles later. The river has been declared “Wild and Scenic” which protects it from commercialism and development.
On the cruise, the residents saw gorgeous meadows, wild rice, lots of wildlife, and the only working diked farm left in New Jersey.
They were even guaranteed to see Eagles on this trip or their next trip is free.
