Crafting for Critters and the Community

Twice a month, all the residents at Woodbury Mews have an opportunity to gather on the 3rd floor in The Inn neighborhood to do special outreach projects that benefits our local animal shelters and the community. Residents will often cut down donated quilts to make beds for the animals. They sew up the edges and will re-fluff them too. There are cat toys, biscuits and many more things that they create. Once a month they are donated by our nurse Kim Williams to the shelter. If you would like to donate any clean used blankets or quilts, the residents are always in need of supplies. We are planning a trip to visit the shelter this spring.
